Summary of major projects at the North Wilmot Church
Since 1984, the North Wilmot Union Meeting House Society (NWUMHS) has owned and maintained the North Wilmot Church, a sturdy post-and-beam structure.
The late Federalist-style church was built in 1829 and moved in 1850 to its current site at 3 Breezy Hill Road in North Wilmot.
Since 2005, major projects have included installing a standing seam metal roof, painting the exterior twice, repairing the bell tower, and installing a poured concrete foundation under the front of the church.
